Australians buying USA foreclosures?
I’m an Australian interested in purchasing foreclosed homes in USA.
I know of a couple of Australian companies, that list foreclosed homes, organise the real estate when purchasing through them, lawyers etc (and charge approximately $5,000 fee for each House Sale)
Is there anyone out there that does a do-it-yourself job (ie. meets the agents themselves, looks at the houses, organises the lawyers etc) ? I figure once you have contacts (that you trust) in place, there’s no need to pay these Australian companies to do it for me.
If anyone that does it themself, or has any contacts in USA that you can refer, I’d really appreciate if you could help me out with some information.

being in the states i suggest that you come over here and do it yourself
you would be surprised how many foreigners are being ripped off with these scams
bring your bankroll and your lawyer and take a vacation in middle America and purchase something there – stay away from the big cities – you will not win there
