We own a condo in a timeshare resort,?
We own a condo in a timeshare resort, their parking lot is on our land and so is their dumpster. We used to get free golf skiing and use of the swimming pools but now they charge us for all. The free use was grandfathered in with just a handshake years ago. They also stopped mowing the land we own on a small part of their Golf Course. Shouldn’t they owe us something for the use of our land? The resort is in the Wis. Dells
It depends on if they are using it via an easement, you can’t charge for that, or if you rented it to them. If you have a rental contract with them they owe you via that contract.
